I am an outcomes-focused Disability Care Manager with proven experience leading NDIS service delivery across metropolitan and remote communities. With a background spanning Youth Justice, Mental Health Commission programs, and over three years of direct NDIS coordination, I bring strategic insight into complex supports and participant-centred care. Holding a Master of Public Health from Edith Cowan University (ECU), WA, a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a Diploma in Community Services and Mental Health First Aid accreditation, I integrate clinical understanding with operational leadership to strengthen quality, safety, and compliance. My leadership approach is collaborative, data-informed, and driven by continuous improvement. I work closely with teams, stakeholders, and community partners to deliver innovative, culturally safe, and sustainable outcomes for participants.
