  • Complex bowel care (per clinical plan)
  • Enteral feeding (PEG/NG) & mealtime management
  • Tracheostomy support & suctioning (as trained)
  • Ventilator support & respiratory care (under plan)
  • Urinary catheter care & continence support
  • Diabetes support (e.g., BGL prompts) & seizure response
  • Complex wound care assistance (as directed)
  • Pressure care, positioning & manual handling

Delivery is aligned to your clinician-issued health care plans and our staff competencies.

What’s not included

  • Medical diagnosis or prescribing
  • Clinical therapy (OT, physio, psychology)
  • Hospital transport without prior arrangement
  • Purchase of medical devices or consumables
